“I have been complying with your suggestions since 1 July (for the most part). Thus, I found out that I was permanently suffering from abdominal pain, which, however, I only realised after I had no more pain thanks to your diet plan. Obviously, I had got used to this condition over years.

I have been a vegetarian for 23 years and I could not resolve to eat meat or fish – even given 69 food hypersensitivities. So I have been living as a “half” vegan since I must not eat dairy products, hen’s eggs and cereals containing gluten. Thanks to your elaborate documents I have no deficiency symptoms despite 69 “forbidden” foods. Moreover, I have become considerably fitter and have more stamina.

Of course, this requires an absolute shift in thinking and change of menu, eating and shopping habits. I certainly growled at my husband time and again during the first three weeks. After three months, he is partially falling in line with my new eating habits (he is a vegetarian) and confirms that he never believed that one could eat such varied and tasty meals doing without so many different foods.”
